The first session will look at occupational health and safety in the context of COVID, and the ability of operational staff to go back to normal working environments. In the new normal, new health measures can impact staff scheduling and there are several unknowns when it comes to long term impacts of COVID infection.

Managing a working environment with all these variables and changing requirements may be challenging and the webinar will address some of  these issues and discuss possible  mitigation measures. It is aimed at colleagues from ANSPs, ATC/OCC Shift Supervisors, ATC Unit/OCC Managers, Training Managers and Directors, and airlines.
